I have used Ideal Floor & Design several times for various flooring projects (tile, hard wood & carpet). Their selection is the best anywhere and I like that their employees are very knowlegeable and they seem to care about finding the best solution for me and take the time to do it. The installers are always clean, professional and the results are fantastic! I highly recommend Ideal for any project you have - they are the best!
We had our master bath gutted and redone ..The work started just as Covid hit...The bath was down to the studs and we wondered if it would stay that way....It was pretty scary ...the guys that came were The brave ones...coming into a house w/ people, everybody in masks and gloves. They preferred to work in an empty house. We were basically quarantined..no place to go. Everything went according to plan..Only delay was the shower door ...the company shut down for Covid... We recently updated our countertop that was completed 10 years ago by Ideal Floor & Design. Ana Merriam was our design consultant. After going to their showroom, we selected several quartz samples. Ana came to our home and provided her insight and expertise. Ana was very knowledgeable, helpful, and always responsive. She did a great job scheduling the project. The countertop installation came out beautiful. Ideal Floor & Design and their team were excellent.
We had our living room rug replaced with a hardwood floor. Everything was great. They helped us pick out the most appropriate wood, gave us pros and cons to our choice. The installation went very smoothly and the floor is gorgeous.
