We are SO pleased with the beautiful job Ideal Design did with the renovations to our home. The extensive work was completed professionally, on time and with care. Due to their planning and experience, we were able to avoid major problems. Those that did arise were unexpected, small and quickly corrected. It was wonderful to see progress at the end of every week and see our dream materialize so quickly. Thanks to all at Ideal Design!
Ideal did 3 baths for us from top to bottom. Ana was very helpful and professional. She was always pleasant, responsive to our concerns and prompt in her communication with us. We were very pleased with the work on the whole and the few adjustments were addressed in a timely manner. Some of the contractors through Ideal charged too much and we used our own where we could, which was not a problem..
Such a great experience at Ideal in Hyannis. Specifically,, Ana Merriam’s exceptional design eye, knowledge of product, and unwavering client service was above and beyond. I’d been to many other tile design shops referred to me, but I kept going back to Ideal! Everything ordered was just what I envisioned - and Ana read me like a book!
