If I could rate a zero I would. Poor workmanship, didn’t do what he said and wouldn’t back his work or answer repeated calls. One excuse after another. Find someone else smooth talker bad businessman with no integrity.
Avoid this company, and certainly never pay them a deposit! I paid a down payment for a fence in May of 2021. It's now October, I still have no fence, and the owner has stopped returning my calls and emails. This morning I filed a summons and complaint in small claims court seeking my money back. I'm not sure what happened on the owner's end, but there is no excuse for stealing deposits from paying clients. Save your money and time and look elsewhere. We hired Ideal Fence to install a cedar picket fence along the back corner of our yard. The fence was well done and they offered the best price of the three companies that gave us bids. They were in communication with us throughout the installation process and worked through tough conditions (below 25 degrees, snow).
It has been months now I’m trying to contact him after we paid our down payment for a fence install with no response. Do not use this company. We have to try to get our money back.
Called to have Scott come give us an estimate to install and ornamental iron fence. Promptly showed up and provided an estimate. Signed a contract and provided 60% cash down in May. Was quoted install 8-10 weeks. After 12 weeks and no word from Scott I emailed the company asking for an update. Only response I got was that he was getting closer.
