I purchased my custom orthotics over 20 years ago from the ideal feet store that has subsequently closed and after using it every day for 20 years, one of them started developing a small hairline crack. My orthotics from Ideal Feet have made all the difference--literally from one day to the next in eliminating painful shin splints! I bought my first pair from Ideal Feet in San Antonio in 2017, and I intend to remain a customer as long as I can. Ideal Feet is very reasonable with their product and the options for customers. Here in Houston, Ernest Wallace has provided excellent customer service and attention so that I can still keep my orthotics new and comfortable!
We needed to get a replacement pair of arch supports and Ernest was extremely helpful. We do not live near an Ideal Feet store so we had to send in the old pair and Ernest was quick to send out a new pair. I highly recommend Ernest Wallace and his great customer service!!!!
