So when I walked, I always (in the past few years) felt like I was wobbly and could fall down at any time. I did fall about once a month. And my lower back would hurt if I stood still too long. We went to Best Feet and they did a 45 minute evaluation of my foot pressures and gait. I now have new orthotics for my shoes and when I walk, I feel solid and well grounded, for lack of a better word. I dont wobble and I feel strong.
