We have been with Jayde since she opened. She is a wonderful understanding and caring person. But the front staff is impossible to work with. I have a daughter that was in the ER twice. We were put on a cancellation list the first time but NEVER received a call. The second time now we are waiting for an appointment that’s two months out and on the cancellation list again. Jade is excellent provider and delivers great care; however, the front office staff is often rude and unhelpful. There also seems to be a lack of communication, as different staff members provide conflicting information. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment unless you are able to wait two months

Never go back there. Lab submission checked for STD testing when I was there simply for updating standard prescription for hypothyroidism. Requested they update my patient records accordingly but they said they couldn't (wouldn't) because the original attending "physician" was no longer there. Now, a 70 yr old woman's medical records show STDs. Done with them! Terrible place!
