Excellent practice! Quality care from the moment I arrived at Ideal from Dr. Z, Ron, and all staff (sorry I don’t recall all the names!)
Dr. Zuckerbrod is an expert who practices with the best interest of his patients as the priority. He listens carefully to his patients' concerns, fully addresses their questions and explains the available options. He really cares. The principal Optician, Ron, is also customer-focused, providing the patient choices that are consistent with their eye health and their budget. Also, they stand behind the vision products they sell. Dr. Zuckerbrod was very patient and responsive to questions. He was willing to take all the extra time needed to find the best contact lenses for me.
Very friendly, caring and runs on time. I had the opportunity to hear the Doctor dealing with young and old patient 👍👍
