I appreciate the quality of care here. However, the voicemail I received from the front desk came across as condescending rather than working to resolve a simple miscommunication. A brief message to seek clarity and confirm what was missed would have been much more helpful. I’m sharing this so the phone experience matches the excellent clinical care. Side note: if you’re going to cite office policies, please share those policies with patients in advance, so expectations are clear.

The tooth they pulled is the worst pain I've had with any tooth I've had pulled especially after 3 days still I'm unbearable pain even with pain pills. I should have went to my normal dentist when I found out they couldn't do complete the root canal l.

This is the very best dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Everyone in that office is very friendly, kind, patient, caring and supportive. I’m not particularly fond of going for dental appointments, but this staff has made a huge difference in my mindset. Thank you Dr. Burnham to you and your wonderful team!
