Well I developed floaters in right eye also after cataract surgery. I called them to make an appointment like with the left eye. This time they said go to your eye doctor. Stay away from this proiactice. They don't seem to be interested after they get paid. I used Ideal Eye Surgery for cataract surgery having multi-focal lenses inserted with Regional Eye Care providing the post surgery folloew-ups. I used Ideal Eye Surgery for cataract surgery having multi-focal lenses inserted with Regional Eye Care providing the post surgery folloew-ups. The billing is very confusing and neither provider could give me a straight answer on the billing and I ended up paying more than quoted. The surgery went well enough, but now I have a "floater" in my left eye which Ideal says is unrelated to the surgery? My advice is to shop around. I think you can find a better pair of providers.
I had an appointment with Dr. Michael Stock for Cataract evaluation in October 2024. The evaluation was very thorough and the office staff was very nice and professional. However, when it came time to presenting me with options & costs, it was a mess. I was told the office gal who normally handles estimates wasn’t available so someone else stepped in.
