These guys were great to deal with! I called Tuesday and they could get me in the same week. Actually sorry, I got my trailer in for mvi and repairs plus I had the trailer back Friday afternoon. Huge yard to get around and park the trailer with ease. Really nice staff, I’ll be back thank you to both of the staff I dealt with as well as the mechanic(s).
Went in today to fix a patch on a small atv tire. As soon as I got in the door I got meet with grief. I have brought 3 trailer tires here for patching in the past 15 years. This meant nothing. I was a complete bother to the guy at front desk. He barely wanted to look at me as he was more interested in scrolling on his phone. Told me to come back in an hour and he'd see what he could do. I was all over frederecton looking for a trailer part, I am not from there. No luck at all until someone suggested ideal. They knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock.
These folks are incredible! Today we tried to pick up a trailer but our wiring had been messed up. This was a big deal since we leave from Fredericton to Calgary in the morning! Nowhere else in town would even look at us but these guys got us right in and had it fixed within 30 minutes!! Complete lifesavers months and months of planning would have gone to complete waste without them. I honestly wish we could continue giving them business!
