I opted for solar panels and battery storage. The highly professional team were on site and took only one day for battery install and half day for panels (16) with wire mesh fitted to prevent birds nesting. Everything was explained throughout instal as the day went on. The guys were highly knowledgeable when I asked questions and gave me peace of mind. Perfect service, technical challenges discussed well in advance, arrangements made and kept, with useful reminders and warning of arrival. Josh arrived in smart, clean overalls and covering on shoes. Denim and the team at Ideal Electrical Solutions were fantastic! Super friendly, clear on the work, on time and got the job done (new fuse box, ring security, odd jobs) to a high standard. Everything works like a dream now. Neat and tidy! Would definitely call them again.
I've used IES on a number of projects. It is my preference to have the reassurance of the accountability of a business and I am inclined to support those locally. Lisa, Chris and Mark have been great to deal with organising our appointment. Dawid, the electrician who attended for our light fittings was polite and efficient. He gave helpful advice and additionally cleaned up after himself. Very happy 😊
