Michael genuinely turned up in less than 3 minutes after making the phone call. I was lucky he was just around the corner finishing another job. Came out and fixed the problem I had, no fuss, no mess, straightforward explanation about the problem and sorted it. Was also more than half the cost of another company I contacted today.
