Fantastic service, very quick intervention and professional, I would definitely recommend for emergencies and not only.
Micheal came out today after I made the silly mistake of drilling through some wiring buried in the wall. He was here within 15 mins, job done within another 15 while explaining the problem and the repair and all without making me feel like an idiot for my mistake (even though I wouldn't have blamed him!) Any emergency electrical work you need doing, don't hesitate to get in touch with them. Top service all round.
The electrician was not professional and friendly. He did not fixed the problem. I had to pay him.
Called the emergency line. At our house within 20 minutes. Identified and ensured our socket was safe super quick. Michael is a lovely guy aswell.
Michael genuinely turned up in less than 3 minutes after making the phone call. I was lucky he was just around the corner finishing another job. Came out and fixed the problem I had, no fuss, no mess, straightforward explanation about the problem and sorted it. Was also more than half the cost of another company I contacted today. Thank you so much, what a legend!
