Ideal electric installed our fire alarms (new construction). We put in a warranty request because they went off in the middle of the night twice. Ideal electric refused to come out until we replaced the batteries and see if it happened again. Well today they went off again during an important business meeting (work from home). So at now they'll schedule coming next week. In my experience they are (1) slow (2) dismissive of legitimate concerns (3) do not honor their contractual obligations.
They stalled a two story entry light with care and also a electric plug for my hybrid. They were polite, prompt and reasonably priced.
Would not recommend. Had them install electrical for pavellion and box was connected with the pool. They made short cuts that cost me money pushed box as close as they could to other electrical boxes to get the inspection to pass. Job was sloppy and without care. Cost me more money to reroute the wires that they tore out of the box to make their inspection work.
Andrew and Austin arrived exactly on time, were very polite, fixed our lighting problems and left no mess. Definitely will use Ideal Electrical Services again. Wes Connor Insurance
