10/10 service. Local family buisness doing right. Went in to pick their brain about a breaker panel. Left with good information and a old used part for testing. When we build on this property I know 100% who I'm contracting for the job. Great example of a buisness "giving the pickle".
I recently had a 14kw standby generator installed by Ideal Electric. The work crew consisted of Rick (owner of the company) and Trace. I could not be happier with the service that I received. A five star rating doesn’t do it justice. I would give 10 if I could!! While tying into the main panel Rick noticed that the panel needed quite a bit of attention so he basically re-wired the entire panel. I strongly believe that how a business advertises itself is a reflection of how they run. You advertise yourself by driving 20-30mph above the speed limit, weaving through traffic, and bullying other drivers off the road. One day one of your drivers WILL kill somebody, and karma will hit your business like a sack of bricks.
I used this company for some electrical work when I first moved to Maine. I was billed $800.00 for three outlets being added in a bedroom and one in my kitchen for a microwave. I spoke with the owner and l was told that l did not ask the amount of the service. My opinion .. it was an example of taking advantage of a female customer. I would not recommend this company.
