Very rude and unprofessional . I called to get directions to the location and to confirm it was correct (Seeing that the website listed does not work). The woman on the phone stated she didn't know why I would call, and I informed her of my reason. She was still rude. So I mentioned to her that maybe I should use another company to complete our testing. She did not care an seemed liked she didn't want my company's business. I will not waste my time going there and would not recommend that anyone else does either. Very RUDE!
From the time my son and I walked into IDT we were not properly greeted. I was asked why was I there and I said my son is getting tested. The worker was very unfriendly and rude. My son wore a jacket in the facility and my gut told me to tell him to take it off but I figured they would instruct him to do so before he tested. They didn't and immediately after he tested they told him the temperature of his urine was that of someone with hyperthermia.
