What an amazing experience with Ideal Diamond. Sam and Leeron truly make you feel like you’re part of the family. The thoughtfulness, education, and communication were incredible, and the diamonds are unbelievable! I would highly recommend Ideal Diamond to everyone.

I have been a customer of Sam with Ideal Diamond for 15 years. Him and his family are such a pleasure to work with. They not only provide the best service in the business, but they educate you as well so you can make the best decision possible. Anything jewelry related I go to him because I trust him and he has amazing prices without filling pressure to buy something!

Looks like they deleted my review so I'll post it again. Gave them a Rolex to service (charged about $950). Got it back and it was immediately not working again (watch time was too fast). When we took it to actual Rolex, they assessed it and it had over 10 issues they identified. So essentially they took $1k and did nothing to the watch and refused to give a refund. Terrible customer service and quality (at least for the repairs - can't speak to the stones).
