Our home was hit by hurricane Zeta on October 29th and although we wasted almost a month waiting for this company to actually DO something, I believe we dodged a bullet in cancelling our contract when we realized they just don't care. No return of phone calls or text messages, no timeline given for when our work would start, nothing. ZERO. It's unbelievable that USAA actually has them as a preferred vendor as they do not even come close to the standard I expect from USAA.
