I love this Dental business the staff and doctor are friendly informative, patient. And they're there to assist you with whatever needs you have.
I called this dentist in need of help and ella the front desk lady was amazing she was so kind and even helped to check if my insurance plan was good for this office she was so helpful and sweet would totally recommend this place to anyone lovely staff and doctors.
Ideal Dental is, hands down, the best dental location I've had the pleasure of visiting in years. Pleasant staff, and every step of your procedures and needs are neatly explained and expanded upon if needed. I cannot recommend them enough!
The staff at Ideal Dental are nice, that’s pretty much it. But they will try to scam you and milk every penny from you, regardless of what you’re getting seen for. I got seen a while back and Ideal tried to convince me that I had 19 cavities that were “prone to get worse” if I left them alone and urged me to get them filled that same day. After I left the office, I got a second opinion from another dentist who said I only had one cavity. Do yourself a favor and get a LOCAL dentist.
