I had a change in insurance, and didn't fully understand my new coverage. Keziah(who works the front desk) took the time to explain how dental insurance coverage worked for continued care involving my invisiline. Keziah was very patient with me, having to explain the information multiple times until I finally understood what was going on. Ideal dental has made the right choice in trusting Keziah to work the front office. Good representation for the front lines of the company
This was not my first-time at Ideal Dental Westover Hills. Dr. Razaz provided excellent customer service was very professional, and very compassionate. She made me feel at ease during my visit. I haven’t felt like this at all dental visit in a long time. Highly recommend Dr. Razaz and her dental tech Priscilla!
