Very unprofessional! This location has a very high turnover for employees simply because they aren't out to gossip.
The doctor and staff are completely horrible. First of all, the reviews you see on here are fake. They give 50.00 off the bill if you leave 5 star reviews. Not only is the staff poorly trained, the doctor has no bedside manners. He will begin working and looking at your mouth without a word as to what he is doing. The xrays took 5 attempts to complete, the xrays that you have that funny piece in your mouth and that is very uncomfortable. I was unfortunate enough to have a root canal done with this inept idiot. I highly recomend Milestone Dental of Waxahachie, Dr. Richard Shuman, D.D.S, and staff will make you feel at ease from the very start. A co-worker reccommed me, Went after work with only a paycheck stub. They found my insurance and scheduled an appt. The staff is very proffessioal and educated me on all the procedures that i needed to have done.
