I’m just here to share my experience, since I won’t be revisiting. I used to really like this office and the staff, but things have gone downhill. At my last visit, I specifically told them not to do anything that wasn’t covered by insurance. They still went ahead with a fluoride treatment that wasn’t covered and later billed both me and my husband $35 each. I’ve had a wonderful experience during a less than wonderful time. I needed several emergency appointments and the staff was nothing but excellent. They were so accommodating and supportive; I felt genuinely cared for and would recommend Ideal Dental to anyone.
Dr.Lindsay and Paola were absolutely amazing to have as my dental care team for my appointment. Definitely my favorite and most memorable dentist appointment that I have had in my 27 years on earth! 😄🫶
Everyone is kind and the vibes in there are amazing and they’re very helpful in helping you set up payment plans!
