I had a tooth extraction done here and was so pleased i returned for a deep cleaning and fillings.They were able to get me in the same day. The staff was professional , polite and really cared about my overall dental health. I plan to bring my entire family. Thank you again for being so great. Dr. Pinckney was a Pro at pulling my wisdom tooth with zero pain. ������������
This office is a million times better than my previous dentist. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to go in for my first appointment and get my cleaning and my cavities filled in one appointment! Dr. Carroll filled my cavities quickly and with no pain. This will definitely be my permanent dentist!
The receptionists are rude and incompetent. They practice dishonest billing procedures. They will give you an estimate saying the fees are guaranteed for 90 days and not honor it. They will lie and deliberately withhold info about your coverage. If your insurance pays a larger portion than expected when you have already paid "your portion" of the estimate they will refuse to refund you and say "they absorb the money" and "this means the insurance will allow them to charge more". I tried numerous times getting my review to post on Google Reviews but it will not submit. Anyhow, my husband is the first of our family to get dental care through Sunnyvale Smiles in Sunnyvale, TX. Our previous dental office could not accommodate my husband's immediate needs and schedule so we decided to move to Sunnyvale Smiles..We were very pleased how quickly they tended to my husband's root canal and how well the dentist explained the process the entire time. I went in for a cleaning and they acted as if I hadn't been to the dentist in years. I only hadn't been in the last year because I was searching for a new dentist office close to home. I've spent the last several years getting my twice a year cleaning and good reviews and I come to this place once and I have a monster mouth. Really?? The entire staff was coutious, informative and presented a very friendly atmosphere. It was a please to meet them and have them take care of my dental needs. I have immediately made them my family's dentists.
The doctor and staff are completely horrible. First of all, the reviews you see on here are fake. They give 50.00 off the bill if you leave 5 star reviews. Not only is the staff poorly trained, the doctor has no bedside manners. He will begin working and looking at your mouth without a word as to what he is doing. The xrays took 5 attempts to complete, the xrays that you have that funny piece in your mouth and that is very uncomfortable. I was unfortunate enough to have a root canal done with this inept idiot. This office is very professional. Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and kind. I needed some filling done and I have the assurance to know all their work has a warranty. Which made me very happy to know. I would suggest this office to a stranger if anyone asked.
