They didnt even call my name when they came to confirm it was me the patient which I ignored that . They marked wrong tooth number in their referral . Also they did not check everything they only checked the one tooth I was trying to get fixed when I expected them to check everything in one visit
The actual doctor was nice and listened to me, but my appointment was thirty minutes late because it seemed they forgot I was in the lobby, they laughed about it about it instead of apologizing for making me wait, and then the front desk associate didn't listen to me and booked an appointment for me when I told her not to. The ONLY reason why they got two stars from me was because the actual dentist was lovely. :/ I'm not sure why the front desk was so incompetent but they need to get their act together.
Everyone was SUPER nice and very informative. Thank you EVERYONE that works at Ideal Dental! I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs.
My grandson they does great job.
