TOTAL NIGHTMARE !! Rude staff in the back that are hostile acting, waited a yr to get my partials & the impression was completely wrong, I literally gag on my partials , THEYRE BARELY COSMETIC only . there’s zero bite so they are NOT FUNCTIONAL at all, it “teeter totters”, is the term my new dentist calls it after analysis of them. I kindly came in for adjustment & re-do & was just brushed off by Dr Freidman , the Dr Refuses to fix the issue. Dr.Freedman is the best! The staff are super sweet and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Dr.Freedman has great bedside manner and always seems happy to see you.
Dr. Freedman is very caring and professional. I needed a partial upper denture and I got them today, the office and rooms are always clean, the front desk staff and dental hygienist are very pleasant as well. Thank you so much Dr. Freedman for making my smile one to be proud of. If you're looking for a new dentist this is the one to pick!
Front Desk was great! But the actual experience was terrible. Took no time into asking what happened or what led to my tooth being the way that it was. The person taking my xray also hurt my bottom teeth. No conversation at all about my issue just told me what i needed to hear and had no idea how the problem even occured or told me what i need to do to help it
