Horrible experience when it comes to the front desk!! I originally called and set an appointment for teeth cleaning 9:30AM (I preferred afternoon) however I advised I would just take it. I was advised she would reach out if she had a cancellation and I once I CONFIRMED then the appointment would be updated. Fast forward today 5/2 and I received a text stating changed to 1:00PM (my other appts 3:00-3:30) so I would have never picked that time.
