Front desk is super sweet! The assistant explained everything he was doing and was very kind. The dentist was very straightforward and answered all my questions and took very good care of me. I love this dental office. I’ve had a traumatic experience with a dental office in the past and have panic attacks often now at dental appointments but they take very good care of me and reassure me and actually listen. I feel very safe here.
Beware!! This is the worst dental clinic ever. Please read this before taking an appointment. I had an annual appointment with the dentist and they took xrays to tell me that I needed deep cleaning and a filling to be done on one tooth. All good so far cause I never had dental issues. I went in April end to get the filling and dental cleaning done. I was told there will be sensitivity and some bleeding for 2-3 weeks. Ideal Dental in Pflugerville has a very inexperienced and unqualified staff. Three members of my family (myself included) now have to undergo procedures at an endodontist due to crowns being improperly placed after root canals. If you’re looking to spend twice the money and time on dental work, this is the place for you!
