I have a lot of sensitivity issues and my hygienist is so amazing, she will do anything to make sure I’m comfortable for my cleanings. The office staff is also very kind and help when it comes to trying to make ends meet when you need dental care. I really appreciate all the folks that Ideal Dental.
Dr. Ruiz and my hygienist Diana were awesome today. Love going there. They all need a raise!
I always get fantastic care every time I’m there for an appointment. I’m so thankful to have found a dentist where I fully trust the entire staff and they completely show me and tell me what’s going on with any treatments. They’ve helped me improve my dental health tremendously!
I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, and when I arrived at my appointment time, I was incorrectly told that I didn't have an appointment (despite showing her the appointment confirmation email); moreover, I was told that the dental hygienist wasn't available that day. Complete waste of my time.
