Yea I was shocked that the prices were different here...please fill free to refund $20 Additionally, the young lady who scanned my teeth for my retainer was extremely awkward...never addressed me by my name....even when she called me back...she just opened the door and said "you can come back now, sorry I kept you waiting" this was after a 10 minute wait and the front desk lady (Michelle) having to go back and say something.
