Avoid at all cost
The staff here is very friendly the dentists are nice however they are not very experienced--- dental assistants are finishing crown work and are not properly trained I know I lost 3 crowns within months going here one temp crown was put on a space was left at top part time dentist is not well trained to deal with more complex tooth issues He misdiagnosed a tooth sent me to a endodondist with wrong info--Just be very wary going to this office ---I contacted the customer service number twice with no response Wish I had read s... read more
I have two bad experiences from this month, but I'll just share the one. This is the timeline from my appointment this past weekend: 35 minutes to be taken back after I checked in 28 minutes to be seen by the dentist once I had been taken back 7 minutes to get numbed 24 minutes to wait for the novocain to set 18 minutes to fill the cavity 10 minutes to wait for receptionist to check me out Appointment time was 11am, I left at 1:10pm. This was by far the worst dental experience I have EVER received. Not only was I quoted 410 and charged almost 800, but I've never in my life had so many shots in my mouth to numb where they were extracting, because the numbing meds were NOT working. I also had to call them after leaving and beg for them to send a prescription of ibuprofen and their response was take over the counter. Like come on. I wasn't asking for drugs!! They never bothered to tell me that insurance didn't cover all of it and took my payment. Now, the c... read more
I don't usually leave reviews but I'm a new patient, and it took 20-25 mins in the waiting room before i was seen. Took 1 xray then I waited some more. Took a few pictures then I waited again. I was there for an hr and spent majority of time waiting. Had to end my visit short to get back to work. I never saw the dentist in that hour because he was "busy with other patients" and they wouldn't start cleaning until the dentist saw me. I was told to schedule in the morning if I didnt want delays.
