Experience with orthodontist was great. I am happy with my smile!
Michelle was amazing!! She was quick and gentle and very kind person. I Have had some pretty horrible experiences at other dental offices but the team here at Ideal in McKinney took great care of me and really put my worries at ease.
UPDATE to my, already one star, review: After speaking to my insurance, it was clear this clinic conducted treatment that was NOT approved by my referral. My referral was clear on what was being requested, but this clinic performed more than that and 5 months after being seen they sent me the bill for treatment they were not approved for. Fortunately my insurance company was able to get it sorted, and I'm glad I will not be seen here again! Poor experience during one and only visit, which seems to be the norm. Poor experience during one and only visit, which seems to be the norm. Was on military insurance when I got seen but 5 months later I get an email saying I have a balance due! It's even more upsetting because they literally did NOTHING during my appointment to fix my concern. I went in for sensitivity and the dentist talked down to me saying it was because I didn't take care of my dental hygiene, even though my whole adult life I've had over 30 dental staff (dentists and hygienists) tell me the opposite.
I love this dental office. From the front desk young lady to the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist, I had such a pleasant experience. The office is clean and smells so good. It's welcoming and you can tell they actually care about people. I would recommend this office time and time again! Top tier dental care!!
