Your office is amazing. Your staff is friendly and very professional know what their doing that is a plus. Been over 7 years at my present dentist. very bad communication, was waiting for a referral for 3 months for a root canal, i called twice and they always told me let me call you back and never did, caught an infection in the same tooth that i need the root canal and i ask to prescribe me antibiotics and they said they can't prescribe antibiotics 🤔 because of that they lose 4 clients, my sister, my wife, my mom, my daughter and me
So on my way to work, I crack my tooth. I call Ideal as soon as I can, and they get me in that same day. I come in, they pull out the fragment, then give me my options on how to proceed. I choose to extract, and set up the follow-up the next day when the extraction specialist comes in. Next appointment, after a bit of work, my molar is out nice and easy. I recommend them highly! My hygienist is THE best. My teeth are as sensitive as teeth can get and she was so gentle and caring through the whole process . No pain for the first time ever and I am 66!
