Worst experience I've ever had. I had my crown and root canal done at this location, In 2024 Ideal Dental had to re-do the crown due to open margin. The same tooth still has open margin meaning it wasn't sealed properly by the doctor, and they are refusing to honor the advertised 5-year crown warranty. Even more frustrating, three different dentists at Ideal Dental have worked on this same tooth since 2018, yet the crown has repeatedly had an open margin that can lead to decay. Friendly staff, clean clinic, top quality service. What more could you want? Special shoutout to their hygienist, Moriah. She gave me the most gentle, yet thorough, cleaning I’ve ever had!
Great dentistry. Doctors were knowledgeable and explained the plan really well. The assistant was really kind with my wife and made sure she was comfortable at every minute. She even held her hand during the treatment to make her relax. Good front desk.
Dr. M and his assistant were great. Honest, no advertising, just there to fix your teeth. They did a great job! Shoutout to the desk team, helpful and stunning.
