Tleverytine my kids have an Ortho appointment the only thing this office does is change their bands.... The excuses are always our systems are down ... They only do Ortho once or twice a month and if you have Ortho problems they make you sick it up and wait till your appointment and then when it comes to your appointment time 90%of the time they are way over booked and your appointment will be almost 2 hours longer due to the extra wait times.... Jazmin and the rest of the team there @ ideal dental hurst are awesome not only was she incredibly informative about all my options but she was pleasant friendly got me a treatment plan that was affordable and took care of my problems with care and concern help me get seen right away everything about this location shows they care hands down my best experience ever
I had a great experience during my dental cleaning today. Mariah was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. She clearly explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
Had to wait 45 mins after my scheduled appt before I was seen, part of a filling came out and just wanted it repaired. Before the Dr looked at my mouth she said a root canal would be necessary. She then took a cursory glance at my tooth and wanted me to schedule an appt with the endodontist. Took time off work to literally accomplish nothing. She did offer me advil though. If you come here, just be ready for the upsell.
