Bully and refused to clean my teeth over pricey mouthwash!!!!! I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this Ideal Dental location. They refused to perform a basic teeth cleaning because I did not want to pay $200 for a mouthwash that was supposedly required to numb my mouth during the cleaning. I go to the dentist every six months, and this was the first time I’ve ever had inflamed gums. I was told this “special” mouthwash was necessary, which did not seem reasonable to me.
