I've been with them for a few years (since before this was managed by Ideal Dental) solely out of necessity (they're one of few dentists open weekends). Expect to wait 1-2+ hrs after your scheduled appointment time no matter how on-time or early you arrive. Expect them to be pushy about scheduling your next appointment AND if you let them know you don't know your availability that far out, expect their system to schedule an appointment for you anyways.
