I can't even give them a STAR! I left there, & felt my teeth were not even cleaned! Hygienist (If she was?) was trying to insert the floss on my bridge which is solid. I had to tell her the bridge is solid. She then flossed with felt like sand floss & made my gum bleed so bad & had the nerve to tell me it was because I had food in there. Umm...wasn't food, it was my gum you were scaping off! So dissapointing!
Great people and dentist is thorough.
Basic cleaning was subpar, the rest was fine
I gave only 1 star because generally this dental clinic does not perform any difficult task but only captures tons of X-rays. They are more like a "X-ray picture taker" than professional dentists.
Sorry for the long post! After an insurance change, I chose to take my son to Ideal Dental Falcon Landing. We had a pleasant experience the first two visits, for a cleaning and fillings. On 2-17-25, I received a treatment plan for him to have his wisdom teeth removed. I was told the total amount would be $649.
