Dr. Hussain saw me for consultation regarding my wisdom teeth. He was very informative of the procedure & answered all my questions. His assistant Brenda is brilliant and very patient with me. Ideal dental falcon landing has a great team, everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in.
I have been to lots of dentists in the past including few at Ideal Dental itself but this was the first time I was attended by Dr. Baige. All I can say is that she is very thorough with her work and explains things very nicely to you. She will spend time with you during cleaning process because she is very detail oriented.
Everyone, from the front desk ladies, to the techs, to doctor Big (sp?), are the friendliest, and most amazing people I’ve had the pleasure to work with me. They make sure that I’m comfortable, and even let me finish watching an episode of House Hunters because I had watched most of it waiting for treatment. Dr. Big was very nice, and answered my questions, which were many. We also had some laughs which makes for the best release of stress when one is at a dentist appointment. I recommend this practice without reservation.
I can't even give them a STAR! I left there, & felt my teeth were not even cleaned! Hygienist (If she was?) was trying to insert the floss on my bridge which is solid. I had to tell her the bridge is solid. She then flossed with felt like sand floss & made my gum bleed so bad & had the nerve to tell me it was because I had food in there. Umm...wasn't food, it was my gum you were scaping off! So dissapointing!
