Basic cleaning was subpar, the rest was fine
I gave only 1 star because generally this dental clinic does not perform any difficult task but only captures tons of X-rays. They are more like a "X-ray picture taker" than professional dentists.
Sorry for the long post! After an insurance change, I chose to take my son to Ideal Dental Falcon Landing. We had a pleasant experience the first two visits, for a cleaning and fillings. On 2-17-25, I received a treatment plan for him to have his wisdom teeth removed. I was told the total amount would be $649. I was completely fine with this amount, as this was the same amount charged for my other son to have his wisdom teeth removed. On 6-4-25 when I called to schedule his surgery. Visiting dentist was great. The rest of the experience was not good. Very disorganized, no one seemed to know where anything was. Lots of going back and forth between patients. Long wait times. Poor equipment performance. Prob won’t stay with this office as a result even though the staff was very nice
