I loved my experience at Ideal Dental in Erie! I needed an office with weekend availability, and was very pleased Ideal Dental had that availability. The staff were all very nice, attentive, and accommodating. I felt listened to, and that all my dental needs were met. Dr. Fawcett was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were taken care of. I see Brady Hails in Erie. I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. From the front desk back, they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I’m a nervous, hesitant patient and they won me over. Going beyond to give me a smile I can be proud of.
I was seen almost immediately when my appointment was scheduled. No, sitting in the waiting room for another 15-30 minutes. Drew was very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and looking for while he was doing it. It made the experience go by much faster. Definitely recommend
