The team is very nice and punctual they treat everyone like family would highly recommend this office to any friends and family and coworkers.
I had a great experience and really appreciated how helpful all the staff was from the greeting at the front with Austin to the dental work with Dr Nicholson and his assistant Karina. Miss Mary at the clock out was so sweet. Traci was helpful with questions about the home care. I recommend Ideal Dental on the loop in Denton!

I have been to this location many times and they have always been so kind and helpful. I have seen the general dentist and oral surgeon. Both are amazing. Highly recommend this location.
When I first visited, I was impressed, but now I'm extremely disappointed with this office. I had to contact corporate office to find out why I was still receiving a bill for a service my daughter had even though I had paid it the day of the service. I called on March 3, 2025 and asked to call me back. No one called and I got another notice about the bill.
