Went in for a routine cleaning and check up. December 2023. I verified with office staff that my insurance covered my cleaning, exam, and X-rays, upon check out the receptionist concurred that all was covered. One year later I’m receiving a bill for $238 dollars for the cleaning, exam, and X-rays. I’ve called and they said they would check into it and call me back. No return phone call back. I had such a wonderful experience here!! I have really bad anxiety and the staff made me feel comfortable at all times, no judgement. Super friendly! Will continue to go back and recommend to everyone 10/10!!
