They wanted to charge me 3x what any other office wanted for the same work. They messed up in 3 fillings I had done. Had to pay another office to redo what they had done. Completely messed up my bite and caused other damage. Left me uncomfortable for months. Never had any experience like this at any dental office I’ve been too.

1 star because I couldn’t give less. Basically I was refused service because I didn’t go with their expensive cleaning plan. They literally walked me out of the door when I said no. Don’t ever go there.

My wife is starting her implant & permanent denture journey and we are new to Ideal Dental. Billing is quite confusing. We were told to bring one amount and when we got there, the amount was different. My wife had to call to even ask the amount to bring days before. When we did bring it, the amount was higher. Also, there were no instructions going forward: when to come back and start the implant procedure, perio cleaning, etc. She needs a clear plan, a transparent dollar amount and a clear goal.
