I have been a patient of Doctor cousa for more than 10 years, And his staff is beyond amazing. Barbara Reyna and Randy are Amazing and now Patrice Jones she was extra helpful and she always goes the extra mile to help out. Great staff
I'm genuinely unsure how this place has such high reviews. Maybe I am the outlier, which is sad if that's the case. I expect to trust my dentist as they are a medical professional, and I am the uneducated patient deferring to them. However, I had a bad feeling about this place from the first time I went. I was on vacation in Feb and developed pain in my mouth. I made an appointment and was seen at this location. I was beyond grateful with their service. Starting with the front desk staff… Katy and Sue very professional and kind. Next I was brought in by a very knowledgeable and friendly dental assistant named Shakia ( this might be wrong and I do apologize). After several X-rays I was seen by Dr. Ariel Woytanowski. I called last week wanting to sign up as a new patient. Asked if my insurance was accepted. I was told Id get a callback and a week later no callback. I called in waited on hold 9 minutes and gave up. Clearly too many patients to accomodate.
I finally have a little break to leave a review. I went to this office a month ago and believe me when I tell you that this is the best place I have ever found since I moved here. I was very hesitant to see a dentist because back in 2020 I had a very bad experience with a dentist. He did such a bad job that the 2 crowns I got done don't look like crowns, they look like 2 blocks and one of them is showing the metal. He was very rude and didn't care that I was in pain.
