Unfriendly staff
Husband had an emergency appt in April 2022. Very rude Dr Chowdhry along with assistant Itsy....no pain meds were given and rushed to up sale products when he needed comfort...stay away from them.
Stay away from Dr. SHERMA. He doesn't care about his work and will cause you more pain. I went in for cosmetic work and now have to have a root canal done on a tooth he put a bridge over. His bridges look horrible and you will walk around with ugly temporary teeth in the meantime.
Dr Sharma, DDS was my worst nightmare. I was having bridges and two veneer put in. It took him 6 months and then they sent me to someone else to complete the work. He caused damage to the teeth that the veneers was going on, causing him to do two crowns instead. Also , he caused damage to another tooth that I now need a root canal on. This was confirmed by a specialty they sent me to. They said they would pay for it But only if I sign stating there's no other damages. The final Bridges has a silver tint going across ... read more

I had an emergency this morning and they were able to get me in. The dentist, Dr. Rodriguez and his assistant, Yami were very professional and courteous to me. They explained everything that was going to take place throughout my visit. I'm not a fan of the dentist - but if you are looking for a friendly environment, warm receptionist and great dental professionals, I highly recommend this establishment. DO NOT go to this dentist office. I went in for a traditional root canal and everything seemed to go fine until I noticed an extreme pain in the root of my tooth and cheek bone. I went and saw another dentist and they confirmed that I had an extreme infection that ate its way into my cheek bone. It was caused because the Dentist left a piece of their instrument in one root and completely neglected to clear another root out. I thought that this dentist office would be a great one. I even had others in town recommend Ideal Dental at the corner of Lakeshore and S Goliad. Unfortunately, this place is drastically disappointing. My wife came in for an appointment, which I physically confirmed while there for my own cleaning, a week prior. I got my Invisalign today by Karina at 6751 N MacArthur Blvd. She is so sweet, patient and approachable. She guided me through every step and informing me of the process before she began. She made me feel so comfortable and was excited for me on my journey to my new smile.
