I want to preface with that I am absolutely terrified of the dentist in general. I avoid it like the plague just from a combination of irrational fears and bad past experiences. This office was AMAZING. I truly did not want to be there, but prioritizing my health I was able to show up. The team was so nice and constantly checking to make sure I was doing ok. Do not go to Ideal Dental. They will not use nor contact your insurance nor bill you directly. They will keep asking you for money in the office and on the phone. I spent $800 for a first visit, cleaning, and 3 cavities. My insurance would have covered most of that.
Absolutely amazing experience. Hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years and I had 4 cavities filled here! Amazing patient experience, great care, and very welcoming atmosphere!

All staffs are accomodating and they know their work. Schedule are on time and I can say that Dr.Chuck is a great dentist and a good person
