This office could run more efficiently if the staff was a little more friendly. I called to reschedule my appointment for my crown because I was sick and at the hospital all night I wanted to get rest not go straight to the dentist after already having needles stuck in me. The lady at the front desk tried being rude saying “Well we can schedule your appointment 3 weeks out so you can “Get well” and kept on saying it as if she was trying to be funny. These people are horrible, I been calling for monthsssssss to get in touched with a dentist that can help me they will answer through text messages, I’ll tell them what I need and I won’t hear from them then today I was told I don’t need an appt I need to call my insurance company and figure out who does sedated extractions like what in the hell this world or professions are coming too!
This used to be my dentist for a long time but it seems to be changed !Staff weren't friendly or professional I did cleaning that is really bad and no polish! I won't go back again
The dentist was rude and arrogant
