I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Ideal Dental from the start, the communication was unclear regarding the payment and treatment plan. Very nice dental office it was my first time there and I didn’t have anyone to watch my baby and it was very accommodating. The dentist even put on Miss Rachel for her to watch to keep her calm while she took Care of me. The whole process was really quick not like other dentist office where you’re there for hours waiting. Everything was really nice very affordable and accommodating Check out this place as soon as possible.

The pros are the business hours and the appointment availability, but the pricing was messed up, and I almost got charged too much. I was quoted a different (significantly cheaper) price from the Wesley Chapel location, but I came here b/c they had earlier appointment times. The receptionist did help me after I asked her to double check, but she wasn’t the most friendly.
