This builder turned out to be a nice guy, and a good builder
I have lived in an Ideal Custom Homes new home now for almost 2 months and loved every minute of it. Archie is wonderful to work with and has stuck to his word about everything even after closing which is hard to find these days! Attention to detail and quality of product are great in every aspect of my house. I don't see myself moving anytime soon, but if I were to ever build a new house I would have Archie build it for me!
After searching for 6 months I found Archies house! Im starting a new life on my own at 57. Archie was so open and honest no BS! I absolutely love that in a person. He answered all my surely annoying questions with a smile. Ive lived in beautiful homes some very old some brand new.my new home is special. Lot’s of care to detail!
