I love Ideal Credit union Taylor who works in customer service helped me with a very unique situation that happed. She was very helpful and as I was telling her my issue, she was already working on it and sent it up to Jodi in payment processing who was also very helpful and got it done that day. I wanted to say thank you to both of you for hard work and helping resolve this issue fast! Ideal has always had my back and I have had my account with them since I was born! Thank you again Jodi and Taylor you girl's rock!
Senior ********************* pleasant at first but energy switched when asking for assistance with my billing. I was lied to but multiple associates and this one took the last straw she lifted her tone upon requesting infomation about my account. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I will be spreading the word to family and friends about terrible ideal associates are. I am very disappointed in ideal no help support what so ever! Stay away!
I love this branch but got worst service every today teller was rude I took out money and no eye to eye contact didn’t receive a receipt for transaction or ask if anything else worst experience ever and I love this branch
RecommendedHighly recommend Ideal Credit Union. Been a member for a long time and moved out west a few years ago and just recently got an auto loan with them. They made it very easy and we’re very helpful. Even from across the country. My loan representative was very professional, helpful, efficient, and friendly. She kept prompt and consistent communication and I couldn’t be happier.

Ideal is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I had a positive balance in my checking account a month ago. I don’t have a check card, I don’t have checks, I don’t use this account. I received a notification that my checking is negative $89.00. I can’t view the account because ideal closed the account. How can I go from a positive balance to an $89 negative balance in less than a month for an account I don’t use!? $89 in fees!? I know that no one has illegally access the account. The worst customer service. Rude on the phone. Lost application. said they would call back in two days. Never did. I would never bank here.
I've been with this bank for about 18 years since it was postal credit union. I've had nothing but problems since it turned into ideal credit union. I purchased the house two months ago and every time I've had to buy something for this house my card has been declined and this credit union does not offer 24-hour card assistance so I could not get my purchases.
