We used Ideal Construction for our two-story addition (kitchen, family room, master bed/bath and unfinished basement). Zaid and his team had done several other projects in our neighborhood, and came highly recommended. We met with several architects and design-build firms before hiring Ideal. The other bids were far higher, and many of them seemed very inflexible about design.
