Gary and his crew did an excellent job on a most challenging home for a minisplit, the top floor of a geodesic dome, and made it aesthetically pleasing on the outside rounded roof for the water egress by thinking outside the box and coming up with a creative solution. When we had an issue develop, they addressed and fixed it quickly and thoroughly. His crew was polite, knowledgeable and skilled, and we finally have a cool top floor of our dome, making it useable again!
Ideal has installed our heating and a/c as well as serviced our units. They have been great. I will continue to use them for all our needs.
Alan is the absolute best! He has serviced our HVAC system for several years now and has always provided excellent service. He is great to work with, priced well, and very respectful of your home and property. And did I say timely? During this recent cold spell, our unit started having problems and he addressed our issue the same day.
Excellent service as always! Responsive, prompt and knowledgeable from the top down. The only HVAC company I will ever use.
Fast friendly service
