I am Rays partner of our small buisness R and J Construction 513 LLC. We had a contract with this company for 127,000 and they did not pay us our money due. They owe my company 105,000 and will not pay us. We fufilled our end of the contract and they have not. They target minority contractors and due not pay them for the work they have completed.
