Great program!!coaches are supportive and always accomadating
Anna and all the coaches at Ideal Change of Gaithersburg and Fredrick are amazing! They are very supportive and provide education on your weight loss journey. A BIG plus is they continue that support and provide the plan to help you keep the weight off! I highly recommend them if you want to lose weight in a healthy way AND keep it off!
