First time to try this company and they did not disappoint. Carpets look great! No weird smells and no saturated carpets. Competitive pricing and early arrival. Will definitely use them again. And shout out to the carpet guy - fast, thorough, professional and friendly. Well done!
They did an amazing job cleaning my carpet after my dog decided to have a party on it. They came last minute and did an awesome job. They even took the time to educate us on what to do next time! It was easy to get an estimate with this company and set an appointment. The technician was our technician. He called ahead to give his estimated time of arrival. We had moved our furniture and vacuumed as instructed. He went right to work and the job was completed in a timely manner. Credit card checkout through a text was a breeze. So nice to have clean furniture and carpet.
The technician is terrific. Was able to answer all my questions, spent extra time on tough spots, very good demeanor. Is friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.
